The Kitchin, a restaurant that combines French techniques with Scottish produce in a refined, chic converted whisky warehouse.

The restaurant interior blending seamlessly with the fresh, scottish, seasonal produce served was a key design approach for another of our collaborative projects with the wonderful, Michelin-starred, Kitchin group. Tactile elements reflecting a strong Scottish heritage such as tartan and tweed upholsteries fill the space alongside exposed original stonework.
